Sales deleted from the Sales List. A deleted sale is removed from every
total — pace, averages, signups and Financials — and its box is
pulled from the shipping queue. Nothing is destroyed: Restore puts the
sale back exactly as it was, including its cashless transactions.

$ raised per day — open sales, last 14 days
Combined cashless + manually-logged sales across every campaign that has not finished yet. Amber is money collected before the sale officially opened — QR codes go live at signup, so schools start earning early.
Pace vs. goal — active sales
% of goal raised vs. % of the sale window elapsed. Negative pace = behind where they'd need to be to hit goal on schedule. Sorted furthest-behind first.

Sales Block Trend — Fall
Sales counted by the Monday-anchored week their Sales Block started, lined up week-by-week against prior Fall seasons. * = season still in progress.
Sales Block Trend — Spring
Same idea, for Spring seasons. * = season still in progress.
Which sale number is this for the school?
Across every school's full history: how many sales were their 1st, 2nd, 3rd... ever, split by whether that particular sale happened in a Fall or Spring season.

Cash register
A phone-sized till for your sale table. Tap as you sell and it logs straight into your total — no writing things down and typing them up later.
Register link
Safe to share with students. It opens the register and nothing else — it cannot see your contacts, change your goal, or open the rest of this dashboard.
Pulseras out with students
Hand a batch to a student to sell to friends and family, then record what comes back. Reminders open in your own email, so they come from you — nothing is sent to students by us.
Letter to Parents
A short note families can act on in ten seconds. Edit anything below,
then send it however your school normally reaches parents. Keep it brief — parents
get a lot of email from school, and the ones that get read are the short ones.
How can families pay?

Color The World
NoviceIntermediateAdvancedAP
The project's flagship introduction video — philosophy, mission, values and goals, told through the artisans themselves. The natural first day of a pulsera unit. Comes with guiding slides, a jigsaw group project, and extension activities on economic opportunity and cultural comparison.
A structured week of daily lessons built for Novice classes, taking students from 'what is a pulsera' to the four educational values. Day-by-day, with everything linked inline. The single easiest way to run a pulsera sale week.
The same week-long structure pitched at Intermediate classes — more artisan biography, more discussion, more writing. Daily activities explore the project's mission and the people behind it.
The Advanced week — artisan cooperatives, the economics of fair trade, and the project's impact examined rather than described. Suited to AP-track classes running a sale.
An EdPuzzle course that walks a teacher through how to fold Pulsera Project materials into an existing curriculum. Start here if you have never run a sale. Counts toward PD hours at many districts.
Book a live video call for your class with Social Impact Coordinator Jorge Morales, or with co-founders Chris Howell and Colin Crane. Students ask their own questions, in Spanish or English. The one genuinely interpersonal item in the library.
A 40-minute escape room in which students race to get a shipment of pulseras released from customs, learning Central American geography and the project's mechanics along the way. Runs in person with a kit, or fully digital. Adaptable to Spanish or English.
Where does the $5 actually go? Students break down the economic and human value of a single pulsera. The activity that makes fair trade concrete rather than slogan-shaped.
Five-minute openers — one slide at the start of class for journalling or pair discussion. Includes Spanish and English bellringers, an advanced set, brain breaks, and a Day in the Life of a Nicaraguan Student warm-up.

Order more pulseras or bolsitas
Running low mid-sale? Tell us what you need and Team Pulsera will follow up on shipping. Pink-tagged & blue-tagged pulseras ship in boxes of 100, leather/paper bead/other in boxes of 25, bolsitas in packs of 15 — quantities round to the nearest box.
Struggling with your sale?
A few things other schools have done to give their sale a boost:
Get other student clubs involved. Team up with another service club, sports team, or student government to spread the sale across more students and more of the school.
Let students "check out" pulseras. Instead of one central table, let students take a handful to sell to friends and family, then return the money — more sellers, more reach.
Look beyond campus. Local community events, farmers markets, church gatherings, or other high-foot-traffic public spaces can outperform a single school table.
Talk to Team Pulsera. We've seen what works across hundreds of schools — a quick consultation call can help you troubleshoot what's not landing.
Print this and stand it up on your sale table. Shoppers pick out their pulseras, scan the code with their phone camera, and pay online — the sale is credited to your school automatically.

Delinquency thresholds
Box return and payment are tracked separately. A campaign is flagged overdue this many days after its sale end date if the corresponding date hasn't been logged yet.
